The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

When making a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.


FREIGHT

We offer shipping in Denmark with GLS, dao and PostNord.

Prices and estimated delivery times depend on the selected service and are stated when ordering.


SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Bioprai provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions.

- The customer must register for this guarantee scheme.
- The guarantee applies after the customer has completed six treatments over at least three months.
- The customer must send pictures of themselves to Bioprai before each treatment.
- The customer must also send a video (10 seconds) of themselves during the treatment itself.
- The customer must send a picture of themselves right after the treatment. ⁠
- The customer must send a picture of themselves with the Aloe Vera Face Mask on the same day as the treatment.
- The customer must send a picture of themselves the next morning after treatment
- The customer must send a picture of themselves wearing the Fresh Honey Vera Face Mask the next day.
- The client must send a picture of themselves one week after the treatment.


This is repeated with each treatment.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You can send an email to customer service @ bioprai.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase. Depending on the circumstances and at our discretion, you may receive a refund for part of the shipping costs.


NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.


RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

We recommend that you return items as a trackable package.

Your costs for returning these items depend on the quantity and weight, but usually it costs a maximum of DKK 100.


CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK

If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is broken or missing, it will result in a decrease in the value of the item.


REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount by which the item's value has diminished.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.

This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Bioprai ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

The data controller at bioprai.dk is Bioprai ApS.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
